We began using Frances’ services ten years ago when it was time to stop renting!  She quickly found out what our needs were and spent a significant amount of time showing us properties in our price range.  Soon after starting our search, it became apparent that we were destined to live in Ayr, a small town west of Cambridge.  Now that the search was narrowed, Frances really turned on her skill.  She made us several comparison appointments and served as an excellent guide.  She helped us decide on our first house by patiently suggesting potential renovations and recommending changes we would want to consider.  It wasn’t long before we found the house we wanted, and right at Christmas time too!  The best Christmas present we received that year was a phone call from Frances to tell us we got our house!

For several years, my husband and I had searched for the ideal country property. A small acreage with original buildings, hopefully a stone house with character & history, in the Cambridge area. We finally found such a unique property, listed with Frances Seward.

With just one phone call we were touring the property.
